Sands Resorts Macao signature restaurants have marked their success in the recent Black Pearl Restaurant Guide 2021 Awards by launching new menu promotions.

The prestigious culinary awards acknowledged The Parisian Macao’s La Chine (two diamonds), Lotus Palace (one diamond) and Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s Zi Yat Heen (one diamond), achieving a total rating of four diamonds across Sands Resorts Macao. In celebration of the recognition, dedicated Black Pearl menus are available until Dec. 31, 2021.

The French-inspired Chinese restaurant located on the 6th floor of The Parisian Macao’s Eiffel Tower is offering a superb set menu artfully combining some of the finest produce from around the world. Diners can savour deep-fried Gillardeau oysters, Iberian pork, foie gras, Boston lobster, slow-braised beef rib, braised sea cucumber and goose web. The menu is priced at MOP 1,888* per person.

Lotus Palace

Providing a memorable dining experience, the outstanding Lotus Palace at The Parisian Macao presents its Black Pearl degustation menu focusing on the finest seafood and meats. Following an appetizer of bamboo prawns and Hokkaido scallops, suckling pig with foie gras and smoked duck egg and osmanthus with caviar, diners will enjoy double-boiled sea cucumber soup, and main course including fried French blue lobster with egg white and black truffle, steamed blue lobster claw, grilled A5 Kagoshima Wagyu beef and more. The menu is priced at MOP 1,488* per person.

Zi Yat Heen

Four Seasons Hotel Macao’s one-diamond rated Zi Yat Heen has launched a six-course Black Pearl set menu featuring deluxe appetisers of barbecued suckling pig with gold leaf, scallops with fresh pear and red jellyfish. Other dishes include double-boiled morel mushrooms with chicken, conpoy and sea whelk, steamed grouper fillet with egg white and Hua Diao wine, braised lobster fillets and more. The menu is priced at MOP 1,480* per person with an additional MOP 298 to include wine pairing.
