Open throughout the day and into the night, the restaurant serves both local as well as innovative and comforting Western dishes. This convivial dining space rests at the heart of Aman Kyoto, offering elegant interiors and a bar arranged around a central fireplace. Floor-to-ceiling glass doors open onto an ornate terrace, with beautiful views of the surrounding gardens and forest.

The dessert features a stone pavement studded with matcha-flavored sponge and cookies that imitate moss, with stones wrapped with roasted green tea cookies in sesame paste, and branches of trees expressed in crispy cocoa langue-de-chat.  Hidden under the panna cotta is nine layers green tea tiramisu prepared with organic green tea Uzi.  The special dessert will be available until June 30, 2021.
