Starbucks is set to launch a limited-edition Halloween-themed Frappuccino called the “Booooo Frappuccino” on Wednesday, October 11, 2023. The beverage, specially crafted for Halloween 2023, boasts an enigmatic black exterior that hides a surprising “pumpkin pudding” flavor within.

This mysterious concoction features a pitch-black caramel sauce lining the interior of the cup, with a hidden layer of delectably chewy pumpkin pudding at the bottom. The experience promises to be a sensory delight, combining the aroma of bitter caramel, the subtle sweetness of pumpkin, and the satisfying texture of pumpkin pudding in a single cup.

For those looking to enhance the dessert-like qualities of the “Booooo Frappuccino,” Starbucks offers a customization option—adding a slightly sweet caramel sauce to complement the jet-black caramel sauce. Alternatively, if one desires a more autumnal flavor profile, the addition of cinnamon and nutmeg toppings is recommended. This twist introduces a harmonious blend of sweet and robust spice flavors to the creamy pumpkin base.

In addition to the “Booooo Frappuccino,” Starbucks is launching the “Halloween Chocolate Cake” on the same day. This cake mirrors the all-black aesthetic, featuring moist black cocoa cake batter crowned with a sweet and tangy purple blueberry cream, all encased in a crispy chocolate coating.

Both items will be available for sale from Wednesday, October 11, 2023, to Tuesday, October 31, 2023, at Starbucks locations nationwide, with some exceptions.
