To celebrate being the Official Hotel Partner for the Melbourne season of HAMILTON The Musical which is currently playing at Her Majesty’s Theatre, Sofitel Melbourne On Collins has launched a 4-course HAMILTON-inspired set degustation menu at the revered No.35 Restaurant, available until 30 June 2022 for $115 per person.
Drawing inspiration from the award-winning musical, the 4-course menu features HAMILTON themed courses such as ‘One shot’ featuring a crispy mushroom roll with mustard dressing, ‘From the Caribbean’ which features a tiger prawn, polenta, confit baby corn, and creole sauce while the main course, ‘Jefferson in Paris’ showcases a seared duck breast with whipped goats cheese, beetroot rose, caramelized walnuts and rosemary jus while the final act, ‘It ends in a duel’, consists of peanut butter parfait, strawberry gel, chocolate ganache, salted caramel, and berries.
Blending a fusion of hip-hop, jazz, R&B, and Broadway, HAMILTON is also taking center stage in the lobby at Sofitel Melbourne On Collins with several of the show’s original costumes currently on display until 30 June 2022.
A HAMILTON-inspired cocktail menu will also be available at Atrium Bar from 1 June until 31 August 2022
