Led by Lambert’s passion, stories and emotions, the special menu is a representation of marriage between glorious French and abundant Arabic flavours that are as tempting as they are indulgent. Highlights from it include Nicolas’ poetic odes to the region such as the delicious raspberry lychee dessert, the pistachio orange blossom choux with local honey, and the refreshing mango and saffron aihch bulbul tart. For all the chocolate and coffee fanatics out there, the pastry maestro has prepared two silky confections that will certainly impress. The coffee choux with caramel offers a homey authentic feeling, while a mini-version of local-favourite – the “100% chocolate” dessert with nuts, delivers irresistible delicacy, during which the taste buds will be tantalised and sense of adventure fulfilled.

Each piece of the sweet ensemble showcases a delicate relationship between balance and texture choreographed to take guests on a journey. Therefore, for the best tasting experience, it is recommended to start with the airiest pastry and finish with the richest dessert, concluding in a crescendo of flavour.
