A culinary icon is set to arrive in Dubai. Atlantis The Royal, scheduled to open in Q1 2025, has announced a partnership with acclaimed hospitality brand Major Food Group (MFG) to bring the legendary CARBONE restaurant to the city for the first time.

A Modern Take on Classic Italian:

Described by Vanity Fair as “the most celebrity-studded restaurant on earth,” CARBONE promises to introduce Dubai to its world-class, New York-style Italian cuisine. This modern American restaurant pays homage to the mid-century Italian eateries of yore, offering classic dishes elevated to new heights. Think perfectly executed Caesar Salad, Linguini Vongole,and Veal Parmesan, alongside the globally renowned Spicy Rigatoni – all featuring on the Dubai menu.

Glamorous Ambiance and Impeccable Service:

Prepare to be transported to 1950s New York. The CARBONE Dubai experience extends beyond the exceptional food.The sprawling dining room boasts velvety jewel-tone nooks, damask-upholstered walls adorned with Venetian glass mirrors, and a curated collection of fine art. A buzzing terrace completes the picture, offering an alternative scene for enjoying the vibrant atmosphere.

With locations in Hong Kong, Las Vegas, Miami, Dallas, Doha,and Riyadh, along with two in New York City, CARBONE Dubai will be the ninth addition to MFG’s impressive roster.
