Nobu by the Beach, Dubai’s esteemed pool and beach club at Atlantis The Royal, has expanded its culinary repertoire with 20 new bitesize dishes inspired by Nobu’s iconic Japanese Peruvian cuisine. The elevated menu emphasizes sharing and lighter bites, perfectly suited for the stylish, luxurious atmosphere of this unique pool and beach club.

Guests at Nobu by the Beach can indulge in an array of innovative dishes while enjoying panoramic views of Palm Island and the Dubai skyline. The new menu features tantalizing options such as tuna karashi sesame tacos, lobster coriander shiso tacos, black cod croquettes, and lightly seared chutoro sashimi with fresh mustard leaf mizuna dressing and caviar.

For mains, the offerings include an array of delicious selections like Inaniwa noodles and ceviche dishes, including spicy tuna with Spanish piquillo pepper, lobster pineapple shiso, and scallop corn. Additional enticing choices encompass softshell crab kalamansi amasu, roasted cauliflower jalapeno, octopus mango shiso salsa, lamb tsukune, yellowtail caviar cut rolls, Unagi Kinome Monaka, and seafood chirashi. Dessert lovers can enjoy exclusive treats such as tiramisu topped with Asian tonka jelly and kinako, and crispy fried churros served with miso lime and chocolate sauce.

Complementing the culinary delights, Nobu by the Beach offers a curated cocktail program that stands out among Dubai’s beach and pool clubs. The cocktails blend traditional Japanese and Peruvian ingredients with innovative techniques and balanced flavors, ensuring a refreshing and sophisticated drinking experience.

Set to a seductive deep house soundtrack provided by a live DJ, guests can relax on stylishly appointed day beds or opt for one of Nobu’s luxury air-conditioned cabanas, two of which feature private plunge pools overlooking the Arabian Ocean.

Chef de Cuisine Belkacem Boubekeur, with over 20 years of international experience and a tenure at Nobu since 2018, leads the kitchen at Nobu by the Beach. Working alongside Executive Chef Damien Duviau, Chef Boubekeur has played a pivotal role in developing the new menu.

Nobu by the Beach is open daily for pool service from 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM, and the restaurant operates from 11:30 AM to 11:00 PM. For more information or to make a reservation, visit www.Nobubythebeach.com or call +97144261600.
