Tao Group Hospitality is set to introduce Chez Bippy at MGM Grand Hotel & Casino this November. The speakeasy can be found within Luchini, a new Italian offering from the company, which is making its debut simultaneously.
Chez Bippy will be presenting craft cocktails that perfectly match the cozy and secretive ambiance, destined to become a well-kept secret for all.
The cocktail menu at Chez Bippy will feature a range of unique options, from a sophisticated twist on the Boulevardier, smoked under a cloche and revealed at your table, to a classic Martini infused with pepperoncini vodka, served in a chilled carafe alongside Castelvetrano olives and mozzarella. For those with a sweet tooth and a love for espresso Martinis, there’s also an indulgent take on the Affogato al Caffe. These boutique cocktails will cater to the discerning clientele, whether they are starting or ending their evening at Chez Bippy.
Entering Chez Bippy is an experience in itself, with a brick portal flanked by candy machines leading to a moody and imaginative space created by Tao Group Hospitality in collaboration with the globally renowned architecture and design firm Rockwell Group. The walls are adorned with red velvet drapes and bronze arched mirrors, while plush gold banquettes provide comfortable seating. Playful fringe decorates the glowing pendants above the bar, and a ruffled chandelier with a disco ball takes center stage in this hidden gem.
Chez Bippy will beautifully complement Luchini, a fresh take on a classic Italian American restaurant inspired by the flavors of New York, and the adjacent pizza-by-the-slice shop.
