The Peninsula Paris has reopened its indoor restaurants this month.  The hotel also welcomed wine connoisseur Florent Martin to its culinary team as Head Sommelier.  Martin will lend his wine expertise to all of The Peninsula Paris’s restaurants – including the Michelin-starred L’Oiseau Blanc; the Cantonese hotspot Lili; Le Lobby and the soignées alfresco dining terraces of La Terrasse Kléber and Le Rooftop. Prior to joining The Peninsula Paris, Mr. Martin’s deep knowledge of viticulture and wine pairing earned him the “Best Sommelier of France 2020” award.

Desserts from pastry sous-chef Anne Coruble – featuring flavors like Meyer lemon with crystallized wakame or crunchy Valrhona chocolate with candied Taggiasche olive.
