The collaboration showcased the talents of local coffee artisans Equate Coffee, Glyph Supply Co, and Homeground Coffee Roasters, who, along with JJ Lin, presented a live demonstration of a special coffee flight named The Miracle 4. Priced at S$20 each, this limited-time offering, available until December 31st, featured single-origin coffee beans sourced exclusively from Miracle Coffee. In a gesture of goodwill, all proceeds from The Miracle 4 between December 6th and 10th were donated to the Metta Welfare Association, with Marina Bay Sands matching the funds raised.

The culinary experience at Miracle Coffee extended beyond its impressive coffee offerings. The flagship café introduced a delectable new food menu, curated in collaboration with Marina Bay Sands’ executive pastry chef, Hoi Kuok I. The menu featured an array of whimsical desserts, locally inspired sandwiches, gourmet wraps, salads, and the freshly baked Miracle Cloud Bread.

The dessert selection paid homage to local flavors reminiscent of JJ Lin’s childhood, presenting treats like the Rainbow Roti—a mini cake filled with a decadent combination of strawberry and pandan mousse, pineapple, and vanilla jaconde. Another delightful creation was the Kopi Choux Puff, exuding the nostalgic aroma of Nanyang coffee and filled with Hainanese coffee-infused creamy custard.

Additionally, the café offered four cloud-shaped mini cakes inspired by Miracle Coffee’s signature logo and Singapore’s tropical climate. Options included the Weather Cloud featuring a coconut-flavored exterior with a mango passionfruit core, and the Rainbow Cloud boasting a calamansi exterior and surprising soursop and avocado cube center. The Rainy Cloud, made of an earl grey tea milk chocolate case with a raspberry filling, and the Thunder Cloud, a sea buckthorn-filled treat encased in fragrant black sesame mousse, provided delightful choices.

For those seeking a refreshing pick-me-up, Miracle Coffee introduced the Coconut Malibu Tiramisu, featuring its house blend infused with Malibu coconut rum and coconut water, and the Miracle Milo Dinosaur, a treat comprising Milo mousse, flourless chocolate sponge, and caramel condensed milk, generously topped with Milo powder.

Miracle Coffee also offered whole cakes for takeaway, including the Miracle Checkerboard Cake—a classic butter cake dressed in the colors of Miracle Coffee, and the Blue Pea Coconut Cloud Roll—a blue pea Swiss roll enveloping a jelly comprising fresh coconut juice and flesh. The Kaya Cloud and JJ’s Wonderblend were among the crowd-favorite sliced cakes available.

The team collaborated closely with ethical and sustainable purveyors, regularly refreshing the selection to offer seasonal beans. The current season’s selection included single-origin beans from Peru for espresso-based drinks, and Papua New Guinea (Tairora Washed) and Myanmar (Pa’O Natural) for pour-over drinks. Miracle Coffee aimed to provide a delightful experience for patrons, combining exquisite coffee with a diverse and flavorful culinary journey.
