In a unique and highly anticipated culinary event, two world-renowned chefs, Grégoire Berger of Ossiano and Junghyun ‘JP’ Park of New York’s acclaimed Atomix, are joining forces for an extraordinary dining experience at Atlantis, The Palm. Taking place on Monday, 14th October, and Tuesday, 15th October, this exclusive affair will treat guests to a meticulously designed 10-course tasting menu, blending the distinct styles and flavors of both celebrated chefs.

Atomix, a two-Michelin-starred establishment known for redefining Korean cuisine, has rapidly ascended the ranks of global fine dining, earning a spot in The World’s 50 Best Restaurants and claiming the title of Best Restaurant in North America. Chef JP Park’s passion for showcasing Korean culture through his innovative approach to traditional dishes has been key to Atomix’s success, blending history with modern techniques and global ingredients.

Dubbed “Gift of the Sea,” this collaboration will highlight the culinary mastery of both Berger and Park, offering a menu priced at AED 1,600 per person, with an optional wine pairing for AED 1,195. The evening promises a celebration of Korean traditions fused with contemporary flavors, featuring dishes like grilled langoustine, wagyu beef “miyeokguk,” and cherry blossom trout.
