At the heart of Atlantis, The Palm, Ossiano presents an extraordinary new dining experience: a 10-course tasting menu known as the ‘Culinary Voyage,’ designed by the acclaimed Chef Grégoire Berger. This exclusive menu draws inspiration from the rich, diverse flavors of the Atlantic, guiding diners on an unforgettable culinary journey through the ocean’s depths.

The experience begins with a unique culinary compass—an innovative planisphere-inspired design that allows guests to explore the origins of each dish interactively. As guests rotate the disks, they unlock the story and heritage behind every course, adding an educational twist to the luxurious dining journey.

The ‘Culinary Voyage’ immerses guests in the flavors of iconic Atlantic regions. Highlights include the vibrant essence of Seville’s marketplaces, the coastal influences of Brittany, and nods to South American culinary traditions. Guests savor remarkable dishes like a blue spirulina meringue with Sicilian purple prawn tartare, a nori tartlet with dry-aged yellowtail and wasabi ice cream, and scallops complemented by white corn, almond, and coconut.

For the main course, guests choose between Ossiano’s take on a Croque Monsieur, evoking the flavors of Brittany’s shores, and Welsh lamb tagine, infused with rose and mint. The tasting menu concludes with a refreshing Obleas dessert, made with banana, dulce de leche, and pineapple, honoring Colombian flavors, before finishing on a note of indulgent chocolate.

Located within the luxurious Atlantis, The Palm, Ossiano is one of Dubai’s most exclusive restaurants, seating only 54 guests per evening. Situated 10 meters below the surface, Ossiano’s dining room offers an unparalleled view of one of the world’s largest aquariums, surrounding diners with stunning marine life for a truly immersive and elegant setting.

‘A Culinary Voyage’ at Ossiano is available daily from 6:00 pm to 1:00 am, with the last seating at 9:00 pm. Priced at AED 1,250, this 10-course tasting experience combines fine dining, art, and interactive storytelling for a night to remember.
