Hilton Saigon has officially launched its much-anticipated Chinese dining venue, Residence Eleven, along with its new rooftop bar, Song Bar. Both establishments offer sweeping views of the Saigon River and the dynamic cityscape, setting the stage for what promises to be two of the city’s most sought-after dining destinations. With a sleek and contemporary design, guests can indulge in sophisticated Chinese cuisine and inventive cocktails in an elegant setting.

Perched on the 39th floor of Hilton Saigon, Residence Eleven Restaurant is a haven for culinary enthusiasts. The interior draws inspiration from traditional Beijing heritage homes combined with modern Chinese design elements, featuring lacquer and watercolor artwork, and striking Chinese carvings throughout its décor.

A standout feature of Residence Eleven is its signature wood-fired oven, a focal point of the restaurant that enhances the flavor of its roasted meats, delivering a unique smoky richness only achievable through this cooking method. The menu showcases a blend of classic Chinese dishes, such as Peking duck and dim sum, alongside innovative fusion options like Bird’s Nest and Crab Soup, Hong Kong-style stir-fried Australian lobster, and steamed Leopard Coral Grouper. Each dish is crafted to celebrate both tradition and modernity, reflecting the essence of Southern Chinese culinary heritage.

Wine enthusiasts will find much to appreciate in the restaurant’s carefully curated wine collection, which includes a diverse selection of nuanced Old-World wines and bold offerings from the New World, providing the perfect pairing for the refined dishes served.

Situated on the top floor of Hilton Saigon, Song Bar invites guests to take in sweeping views of the city skyline through its expansive, floor-to-ceiling windows, offering an unforgettable backdrop of the sunset. The bar’s interior is a striking mix of oriental flair and modern style, with rich wood accents, plush velvet seating, and distinctive lighting that creates an intimate atmosphere.

The drink menu features an artful selection of fine wines and inventive cocktails, each one thoughtfully created using local ingredients to capture the flavor and spirit of Saigon. Among the standout offerings are the “East Meets West,” which seamlessly blends Eastern and Western influences, and the “Saigon Opera House,” a tequila-based cocktail inspired by the iconic landmark, designed to provide a memorable and distinctive taste.

Adding to the lively ambiance, Song Bar hosts DJ sets from Thursday to Saturday, starting at 9 p.m. and running through midnight. Guests can also enjoy an array of curated bar bites. Open daily from 4 p.m. to midnight, the bar offers Hilton Honors members up to a 25% discount on all food and drink purchases.
