Fairmont Singapore, Swissôtel The Stamford and SO Singapore are offering a selection of Easter brunches and afternoon teas this April. 

Easter Bubbly Brunch at Swissôtel The Stamford’s SKAI

For an Easter brunch with a view, head up to SKAI on level 70 of Swissôtel The Stamford, and savor an indulgent bubbly brunch, ranging from cold cuts and seafood, to signature hot plates including Crab Eggs Benedict, SKAI Steak, and Pork Belly. Check out the curated festive desserts such as Snow Egg, Bunny Spice Carrot Cake, Mini Hot Cross Buns, and more.

The Easter Brunch is available on Saturday, 3rd and Sunday, 4th April 2021 at $178++ (including free flow Taittinger Brut), $198++ (including free flow Taittinger Rose), and $89++ children aged 6-12 years old.

A Classic Italian Easter at Fairmont Singapore’s Prego

Revel in the joy that Easter brings with a traditional Italian Easter set menu lovingly prepared by Chef Mauro at Prego. Featuring Parmesan and Spring Onion Omelettes, Lamb Fillet Herbs Marinated with Potato and Pumpkin Gnocchi, Ancient Mustard Sauce and Mascarpone Cheese, Ivory Chocolate, Passion Fruit, Carrot Sorbet Pot and more.

Little ones can look forward to bringing home a traditional Easter gift .

The Classic Italian Easter brunch is available from 2nd to 4th April 2021 at $58++ per person. Lunch: 11:30am to 2:30pm; Dinner: 5:00pm to 10:30pm.

Easter Afternoon Indulgence at Fairmont Singapore’s Anti:dote

Anti:dote is offering a beautifully decorated Easter-themed version of its Signature Afternoon indulgence in the month of April 2021. Fresh from the pastry kitchen the set includes Nespresso Cocoa Macaron, Passionfruit Curl Coconut Cream Egg Choux, Orange Mascarpone Carrot Tea Cake, and Hot Cross Scones.

The Easter Afternoon Indulgence is available from 1st to 30th April 2021 daily from 12:00pm to 2:00pm; 3:00pm to 5:00pm at $55++ per person without amuse bouche, $68++ per person with a choice of amuse bouche.

Easter feast at SO/ Singapore’s Xperience

A delectable brunch tower made for sharing will be served with creations like Charcuterie & Cheese with Pickles & Nuts, Deviled Eggs, Bacon & Leek Quiche, Chicken Liver Mousse on Sour Dough Toast, Garlic Butter Roasted Boston Lobster, Grilled King Prawn with Sweet Sauce, Sambal Sting Ray, Hot Cross Buns, Macaroons, Mini Easter Eggs & more. Go easy on the over-flowing brunch tower as there’s a bottomless carving station to follow.  Delight your taste buds with free-flow of Spiced Roasted Pork Rack, Whole Butter Roasted Chicken and Mustard & Herb Marinated Australian Ribeye served with Braised Red Cabbage & Mashed Potato.

SO/ Singapore’s Easter feast is available from 12-3pm on 3rd and 4th April 2021 and starts from $88++ per person when you book & pay before 20 March 2021.  Add 2 hours free-flow Prosecco, wine & beers for $48++ per person or elevate your experience by including Champagne, Xperience’s renowned gin cart & a range of festive cocktails for an additional $20++ per person.
