Culinary Delights for the Mooncake Festival: Hakkasan Dubai’s Special Menu

In celebration of the Mooncake Festival, Hakkasan Dubai, the award-winning Cantonese restaurant, invites diners to experience a curated set menu exclusively crafted for the occasion by Executive Chef Andy Toh. The special menu, available from September 15th to October 1st, is priced at AED 598 and comprises eight dishes showcasing the finest Chinese cuisine, including a delightful mooncake dessert, which can also be ordered separately.

Guests embarking on this culinary journey begin with a delightful dim sum duo, followed by an offering of roasted duck with mango and a Hokkaido scallop dumpling pumpkin soup. The main courses feature stir-fry beef tenderloin with a spicy vinaigrette, osmanthus glazed crispy black cod, and Boston lobster with crispy golden noodle. The side dishes include sautéed seasonal vegetables and wild fungus with truffle. To conclude the evening on a high note, patrons can savor the signature mooncake with chocolate, sesame, yuzu, and berry, accompanied by a pandan dream dessert with kaya jam, coconut mousse, and coriander tapioca crunch. Hakkasan Dubai’s Mooncake Festival menu promises to be a gastronomic delight that pays homage to the cultural significance of this time-honored celebration.
