Award-winning chef Bobby Flay has introduced French-inspired favorites to his new restaurant located within Caesars Palace. Brasserie B by Bobby Flay is now accepting reservations starting January 2024 for brunch, lunch, and dinner through OpenTable.

Following the remarkable success of Amalfi by Bobby Flay, Brasserie B combines French cuisine with Flay’s creative flair. Visitors can anticipate unexpected twists on traditional items, including signature touches on classic frites, a diverse raw bar selection, various starters, entrees, and desserts. The beverage program offers classic brasserie cocktails, martinis, France-focused wines by the glass, draft beer, bottled beer, and cider.

Menu highlights feature a range of grilled proteins paired with house-made French fries. Notable dishes include Lobster avec Frites, featuring lobster with roasted garlic and lemon butter, and Ribeye Piquant avec Frites, showcasing steak with a spicy and sweet glaze and chile butter. The lunch and brunch menu presents Flay’s interpretation of popular dishes like Eggs Royale, a variation of eggs benedict with smoked salmon and lemon chive hollandaise.

Designed by Olivia Jane Design, the restaurant transports guests from the heart of the Las Vegas Strip to a timeless Parisian brasserie. Brasserie B’s entrance is marked by a neon sign along an exaggerated cornice, drawing guests from the casino floor with warm interior lighting. The façade resembles a Parisian storefront with rich, burgundy plaster.

The interior features a 20-seat L-shaped bar with weathered marble, fluted wood, and zinc accents. The lounge seamlessly connects to the main dining space, featuring a captivating raw bar with a lit canopy that spills over the tables below. The intimate 175-seat dining room is adorned with blown glass chandeliers, cane-backed cafe chairs, and handmade subway tile. Burgundy banquettes line the spaces, and oversized mirrors amplify the energetic atmosphere. Folding bistro-style doors create a private dining room with an abstract mural ceiling and illuminated wine displays.
