Wellness on a Plate: Chef Niko Romito’s Signature Dishes at Bulgari Bar, Paris

At the Bulgari Bar in Bulgari Hotel Paris, Chef Niko Romito, in partnership with a leading nutritionist, has curated a menu that marries indulgence with health. This specially designed menu is divided into four categories: the Light menu, Balanced menu, Vitality menu, and Longevity menu.

The savory offerings feature nutrient-rich salads with flavorful dressings, fish and vegetable carpaccios, canapés, and more. For dessert lovers, there are choices such as chia pudding, acai bowls with seasonal fruits, and fresh fruit slices. These dishes, served at the Bulgari Bar, can be enjoyed alongside a selection of hot drinks, smoothies, or detox juices.

The Bulgari Bar welcomes guests every day from 10 am to midnight.
