This year of the Tiger, Lime Restaurant is taking festive dining to a whole new level of epicurean experience. The culinary brigade is serving a bountiful line-up of both fresh and classic dishes to bring good luck, abundance and fortune for you and your loved ones in the upcoming year.

Tuck into Braised Eight Treasure Duck, Salt-Roasted Tiger Prawn with Garlic Butter Sauce, Roasted Beef Striploin and Steamed Glutinous Rice with Assorted Waxed Meat and Sausage. Tingle your taste buds with Wok-fried Baby Crawfish with Mala Sauce and be sure to grab a bowl of our Signature Pickering Laksa with Scallop and Prawn.

Round up the celebrations by treating yourselves to some traditional desserts such as Deep-fried Golden Nian Gao, which represents prosperity, and Tang Yuan, which signifies family togetherness.

Celebrate Reunion Dinner, the start, and the last few days of Chinese New Year with Lime Restaurant’s Joyful Reunions. Indulge in Lime Restaurant’s prosperous spread featuring a star-studded menu that includes signature delights like the Braised Premium Pot filled with Sea Cucumber, Fried Fish Maw, Dried Scallops and more, Buddha Jump Over the Wall, Stir Fried Scallop with Button Mushroom and Edamame in XO Sauce, Steamed Halibut and Mandarin Orange Panna Cotta.

All festive buffet options are served with unlimited chilled juices, soft drinks, coffee, and tea. In addition, enjoy a complimentary glass of Eight Treasure Tea with Boba for every guest.
