Anantara Kihavah Maldives Villas has announced an exclusive adults-only fine dining experience lovingly crafted to take a limited number of diners into the depths of seventh heaven on a Maldivian epicurean adventure. Starting on December 10th, couples staying at the luxury Maldives resort are invited to embark on a journey of sensory extravagance at SEA, the world’s most famous underwater restaurant.

Setting the mood for an evening of culinary indulgence, the exclusive experience combines the enchantment of dining 20 feet below the sea’s surface, (surrounded by vast vibrant sea-life in the most famed house reef in the Maldives) with the intimacy of an evening’s repast limited to six couples, or twelve adults, per sitting in the award-winning underwater restaurant.

Seven is the magic number for this “seventh heaven” dining experience. The evening’s adventure begins at 7PM with an aperitif glass of champagne, preceding a 7-course dégustation menu of culinary delights, including poached lobster ceviche,  scallops & pork belly, marinated monkfish and a tender Tajima Wagyu seared striploin. Carefully curated by the resort’s Executive Chef, Prabhash Prabhakaran, each course offers an exciting new take on contemporary global cuisine, celebrating the freshest seafood, choice cuts, and sublime desserts (a vegetarian option is also available).

To further enhance the romance of the SEA, guests can choose to add a wine-pairing option to their dinner, with a selection of wines expertly hand-picked by the resort’s resident Wine Guru. Provided from the world’s first underwater wine cellar, the impressive wine list features 450 labels from both renowned and off-the-beaten-track wine regions, ensuring every palate is pampered, and every course is enhanced.

Available from $395++ USD per person (for food only) plus an additional fee of $195++ USD with wine-pairing included.
