The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar’s Roasting & Toasting Event for Hatch Chile Enthusiasts

In honor of Hatch Chile season, ‘Roasting & Toasting’ is set to take place at The Winery Restaurant & Wine Bar’s Tustin location on Saturday, August 26th, from 1:30 p.m. to 4 p.m. This event will feature the culinary talents of Executive Chef Yvon Goetz and Chef de Cuisine James Chavez, who will be conducting live roasting demonstrations of Melissa’s Hatch Chile Peppers. These freshly roasted peppers will then be showcased in an enticing array of one-of-a-kind dishes. 

Guests attending the event will have the pleasure of indulging in these delicious hatch chile-infused creations, along with a curated selection of cocktails, beer, and tequila, all while enjoying live music on The Winery’s spacious Vineyard Patio, nestled in the heart of The District in Tustin.

Please note that space for this exclusive event is limited, and admission tickets are priced at $65+ per guest. Each ticket includes access to the Hatch Chile featured dishes, a choice of select beer and tequila, as well as a raffle ticket for a chance to win coveted prizes, such as Melissa’s Hatch Pepper Book and Melissa’s hatch pepper products.
