Jaleo, under the guidance of renowned chef José Andrés, invites diners to embark on a unique culinary journey celebrating the cherished tradition of Spanish tapas. From Wednesday, June 19th to Monday, June 24th, guests can immerse themselves in Spanish culture with a specially curated sharing-style set menu, featuring exquisite tapas for AED 300 per person.

Tapas, small savory dishes from Spain, symbolize social dining worldwide. Guests will experience an evening where the spirit and flavors of Spain come alive in a festive, stylish, and casual setting. Chef de Cuisine Juan Llaca and his team have meticulously crafted a five-course dining experience with twelve delightful dishes that blend traditional and innovative cuisine. As guests enjoy a variety of regional dishes, lively Spanish music will enhance the atmosphere, transporting them to the heart of Spain.

Tapas Week at Jaleo presents unique dishes that excite the palate and showcase their rich histories. Guests can indulge in twelve traditional tapas plates such as pan cristal con escalivada y boquerones, a Catalan favorite featuring crystal bread topped with roasted red pepper, eggplant, and vinegar-cured anchovies; mejillones al vapor con mojo verde, steamed Galician mussels with a vibrant mojo verde sauce, highlighting Galicia’s coastal culinary traditions; and vieira con romesco, grilled scallops with asparagus and romesco sauce from Catalonia. The evening concludes with sweet delights such as tarta de queso, a creamy Basque cheesecake, and pan con chocolate, a chocolate mousse with crumble, extra virgin olive oil, and brioche ice cream, showcasing Spain’s passion for chocolate and inventive desserts.
