At the hotel’s French restaurant, Sonore, you can listen to the sounds of the Oirase mountain stream that flows through Towada Hachimantai National Park while enjoying French cuisine made with seasonal ingredients and rare wines.

The hotel created a semi-circular dome so that you can stay warm and comfortable along the mountain stream even in winter. It has a structure that can prevent wind and snow, so the inside is warm and comfortable even on snowy days.

There will be five kinds of amuse bouche using winter ingredients.  In addition, the champagne is carefully selected from about 150 kinds of famous wines stored in the wine cellar by the sommelier.
