Lisbon’s SEEN Sky Bar, located on the rooftop of the Tivoli Avenida Liberdade Lisboa Hotel, has reopened for the season with new offerings and a refreshed look.

Lunchtime Debuts:

For the first time, SEEN Sky Bar is now offering lunch service. The menu, designed by renowned chefpreneur Olivier da Costa and his team, features some of Chef Olivier’s signature dishes alongside lighter options like salads, sandwiches, and small plates. Guests can enjoy classics like Truffled Linguini and Wagyu Beef, or explore unique options such as Steak Tartare Pomodoro or Monkfish Skewer. Salad options include Niçoise and Burrata, while sandwich selections cater to a variety of tastes.

Sweet Finales:

A selection of desserts, including the SEEN Passion chocolate sphere and the Cookie à la Minute with hazelnut praline, round out the lunch menu.

Revamped Atmosphere:

SEEN Sky Bar has also undergone a décor refresh, creating an even more inviting space for guests to enjoy the panoramic views of Lisbon.  The new decor at SEEN Sky Bar isn’t just an update; it’s a complete transformation. Deckora Design, an interior architecture and decoration studio led by Camilla Degli Esposti, envisioned a vibrant jungle escape high above Lisbon.

Shades of emerald green, a nod to SEEN’s original decor, intertwine with pops of orange, creating a harmonious balance of warm and cool tones. Lush greenery adds to the tropical feel, while locally crafted sofas and bench cushions offer a touch of comfort. Natural Portuguese green and grey stone tables provide a grounding element, and meticulously chosen details like patterned shade umbrellas and elegant French chairs complete the picture of tranquility and sophistication.

Flexibility is key at the revamped SEEN Sky Bar. The space adapts seamlessly from a relaxed lunch setting to a vibrant venue for starlit gatherings.

Cocktails with a Culinary Twist:

New head bartender Hugo Feijão brings a unique twist to the bar menu. His creations incorporate gastronomic techniques and culinary elements, resulting in innovative cocktails that tantalize the taste buds. Wasabi Papi, inspired by the spice of wasabi paste, and Le Citron, finished with a caramelized sugar topping reminiscent of crème brulé, are just a few examples. For the herb lovers, Drink Me 2.0 offers a unique herbal profile featuring coriander.

Coco Loco, a playful twist on the Espresso Martini, combines white tequila, coffee, and salted caramel, while the Maracuya captures the essence of the SEEN Passion dessert. And to truly embrace the summer spirit, the Aperol Spritz remains a refreshing classic.
