May Fair Kitchen, a Japanese izakaya and Italian restaurant located in Mayfair, London, is now open and ready to welcome guests. The restaurant offers an intimate and secluded dining experience, combining the flavors of Japan and Italy.

Drawing inspiration from the casual izakaya eateries in Japan, May Fair Kitchen’s Japanese menu presents a contemporary twist on traditional dishes such as moriawase, omakase, sashimi, tempura, and robata. Guests can indulge in a delightful seafood platter featuring oysters, tiger prawns, tuna sashimi, hamachi tartare, and Cornish crab. Additionally, they can savor the A5 grade Wagyu, carefully sourced from ethical farms and fishmongers. These culinary offerings showcase the restaurant’s commitment to quality and ethical sourcing.

On the other hand, the Italian menu takes diners on a journey through the various regions of Italy, from Puglia to Parma. Here, simplicity and precision are paramount in preparing fresh pasta, stone-baked pizza, and grilled specialties. Each ingredient is carefully considered to bring out its best flavors, creating a truly authentic Italian dining experience. Notable highlights include jumbo tiger prawns with chili and Amalfi lemon garlic oil, and aged ribeye with Gorgonzola Dolce creme and red wine.
