Laguna Lang Co has recently elevated its culinary offerings with an upgrade to its Korean cuisine, introducing a skilled chef renowned for crafting authentic Korean dishes. This culinary enhancement is especially welcomed by the growing number of Korean golfers frequenting the resort’s championship layout, a Sir Nick Faldo Signature Design.

Nestled in Central Vietnam, the integrated project encompasses two acclaimed resorts — Banyan Tree Lang Co and Angsana Lang Co — as well as a prestigious golf course. Additionally, Laguna Parkside Residences, an enticing accommodation option, is conveniently located just steps away from the 18th hole.

Stephen Banks, Director of Golf at Laguna Golf Lang Co, shared, “The new chef brings a fresh dimension to dining options for golfers and guests alike. Korea is a significant market for us, and to cater to our Korean guests, we knew we had to elevate our culinary offerings. Now, guests of all nationalities can relish truly delightful Korean cuisine, creating a positive experience for everyone.”

Beyond the upgraded Korean cuisine, Laguna Golf Lang Co continues to enhance the dining experience for its guests. The recent introduction of an “on-course” menu allows golfers to order gourmet snacks and light meals during play, ranging from filled banh mi to Korean stir-fried beef belly and bibimbap.

Banks emphasized, “Whether you find yourself out on the course or unwinding in our clubhouse Golf Café, there’s no need to worry about going hungry!”

These culinary initiatives contribute to solidifying Laguna Lang Co’s reputation as a premier dining destination. With a total of ten dining and lounge outlets, including the beachfront Azura for Mediterranean cuisine and The Water Court for authentic Vietnamese dishes, the integrated property offers a diverse culinary experience. Additionally, Saffron, Banyan Tree’s signature Thai restaurant, perched on a hilltop with breathtaking sea views, adds to the allure.
