A country’s cuisine serves as a window into its cultural heritage, offering travelers a flavorful glimpse into its essence. At TIA Wellness Resort, guests now have the opportunity to immerse themselves in the rich culinary tapestry of Vietnam with the introduction of the new Vietnamese BBQ and Seafood BBQ buffets.

Transforming The Dining Room into a visual feast, each themed evening transports guests to a different realm: a nostalgic retro Vietnam ambiance for the Vietnam night and a maritime-inspired decor for the Seafood BBQ evening.

The Vietnamese BBQ buffet presents an extensive array of delicacies spanning from the northern to the southern regions, allowing guests to savor a diverse range of local flavors. Beyond the familiar favorites, such as the Banh Mi station and the fresh spring roll station, diners are treated to authentic Vietnamese dishes like snails in spicy butter and Banh Can—a traditional dish originating from the Cham ethnic group in Ninh Thuan province. Adding a touch of TIA’s essence, the chef grills quail eggs in porcelain dishes, allowing diners to customize their toppings with a selection of seafood.

Meanwhile, the BBQ station offers a tantalizing selection of locally sourced seafood, including tiger prawns and mini lobsters, alongside options like pork ribs and chicken skewers, all grilled to perfection on the spot.

Adhering to the property’s wellness ethos, the buffet also boasts an extensive salad bar featuring a variety of options, such as corn, coconut, and crab salad, cabbage salad with seaweed and calamari, and lotus root salad with chili shrimp—all crafted with fresh, wholesome ingredients, devoid of processed additives.

Dessert aficionados will find themselves indulging in an array of sweet delights, from jackfruit and chia mousse to an assortment of fresh local fruits, ensuring a satisfying conclusion to the culinary journey. On the other hand, the Seafood BBQ promises an oceanic feast, showcasing locally caught fish and seafood grilled to perfection before guests’ eyes. From scallops in garlic butter sauce to tiger prawns with kaffir lime and red snapper in banana leaf, the menu boasts a delectable array of seafood delights. Japanese-style offerings, including a live Sashimi and Temaki station, add an international flair to the culinary experience.

Complementing the seafood extravaganza are an assortment of vibrant salads, such as rainbow coleslaw and Asian edamame salad, as well as an enticing selection of global desserts, featuring treats like strawberry mochi, egg tartlets, and matcha chocolate popsicles.

Both the Vietnamese BBQ buffet and Seafood BBQ buffet are held weekly (exact dates available upon inquiry) from 6pm to 9pm at The Dining Room, promising guests an unforgettable epicurean adventure.
