For this collaboration, Chef Hiroyuki Matsumoto of Restaurant Prunier will join forces with Le Beaulieu’s Chef de Cuisine, Charles Degrendele. Having honed his craft at legendary French establishments, including the three Michelin star La Côte d’Or, Chef Matsumoto is renowned for bringing a contemporary lightness and sensory delight to authentic French gastronomy.
