During his four-day residency, guests at the Grand-Hôtel du Cap-Ferrat will have the chance to savor some of Le George’s most iconic dishes at Club Dauphin. Alongside the restaurant’s vibrant summer menu, a special menu curated by Chef Simone Zanoni will be offered. Starters will include roasted lobster with tomato tian, vitello tonnato featuring cold sliced veal and a creamy tuna and anchovy sauce, and a delectable candied tomato tarte tatin topped with cacio e pepe ice cream.

For the main course, Chef Simone will prepare his renowned agnolotti del plin, which is a braised veal ravioli served with oyster mushrooms and meat jus. Additionally, guests can enjoy a light summer dish of roasted sole with basil vinaigrette. The meal will conclude with a refreshing dessert of strawberry, meringue, and basil, as well as a Piedmont hazelnut and Amalfi lemon creation.

As the sun sets, Le Bar will offer a selection of light bites for aperitivo. Nestled in lush greenery and shaded by Aleppo pine trees, Le Bar provides a stylish terrace with stunning sea views. Guests can enjoy the relaxed and upbeat atmosphere while indulging in expertly crafted Italian-inspired cocktails and Le George’s famous crudo. Simone Zanoni will also showcase his carving skills by preparing Italian culatello at a live station—a prized cold cut served on freshly baked focaccia.

On August 4, guests will have a unique opportunity to participate in a pasta-making masterclass led by Chef Simone Zanoni. The class, designed for both novice and enthusiastic home cooks, will run from 10:30 am to 12:00 noon. Through an interactive demonstration, the chef will share his simple secrets, techniques, and recipes for crafting outstanding pasta dishes at home.
