Opening this year, after an extensive refurbishment, Carton House, now a Fairmont managed hotel. This year the property has launched the Grandest of Culinary Experiences, an epicurean exploration of locally sourced Irish produce and delicacies bolstered by the knowledge of in-house experts, chefs and sommeliers.
Guests will be picked up by a private executive chauffeur from Dublin International Airport to Carton House for three nights of luxury in the Presidential Suite, within the property’s 18th century Palladian style mansion.
Punctuated by local treats and plenty of champagne, guests will spend three days exploring the surrounding forests on a foraging walk with the Executive Chef, enjoying a private wine and cheese tasting with a local supplier and the in-house sommelier, as well as an Irish whiskey tasting experience in the stunning Whiskey Library.
