Presently, the restaurant introduces a fresh take on the lively Italian dining culture reminiscent of those found in bustling metropolises. Its menu promises a fusion of classic and contemporary Italian influences sourced from various regions across Italy. Diners can expect traditional features like antipasti, primi, secondi, and dolci, along with freshly baked pizzas from an impressive pizza oven. For a truly unique experience, patrons can indulge in ‘tagliatelle alla routa’, a pasta dish prepared within a large Parmesan wheel tableside.

For larger parties seeking an extraordinary dining adventure, there’s the option of booking ‘Counter Dining’, providing an up-close-and-personal experience near the kitchen. Seated at the bar surrounding the open kitchen, guests can engage with the chefs crafting an innovative tasting menu.

The wine list showcases an array of Italian wines, ranging from esteemed labels to offerings from smaller, artisanal producers. Additionally, guests can explore a unique vertical collection from a renowned Italian winery. The bar serves up classic Italian cocktails such as Negroni and Bellini, complemented by the restaurant’s signature concoctions and local interpretations, all to be enjoyed while taking in the panoramic views of Copenhagen and Malmö.

Crafted with meticulous detail, the interior design draws inspiration from a hypothetical encounter between Miuccia Prada and Italian design aesthetics, evident in the choice of patterns and materials. The architectural concept behind Grand Italian was brought to life by OkiDoki, lending Clarion Hotel Malmö Live a distinctive culinary experience.
