Four Seasons Hotel Singapore Presents a Luxurious Caviar and Chocolate Afternoon Tea Experience

Four Seasons Hotel Singapore is introducing a new luxurious afternoon tea experience that promises to take diners on a delightful journey of the senses. The Caviar and Chocolate Weekend Afternoon Tea will be available every weekend until June 25, 2023, inviting guests to indulge in an enchanting afternoon of savory and sweet delights.

Located in the Garden@One-Ninety, the Caviar and Chocolate Weekend Afternoon Tea offers an array of delectable treats that bring together the savory-sweet flavors of delicate Caviar d’Eden pearls and velvety rich Valrhona chocolates. Executive Sous-Chef Patrick Benedetti has created a unique and delicious line-up of savories, including Wagyu Beef Bresaola with Smoked Burrata, Maine Lobster Brioche Roll with Organic Eggs and Black Truffle, and a Jumbo Lump Crab and Bottarga Tart, among others.

Guests with a sweet tooth can look forward to indulging in specially handcrafted desserts by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee. Her menu includes a Pistachio Financier with a creamy Opalys 33% white chocolate ganache, a Hazelnut Brownie made with malty cocoa-rich Jivara 40% and Passion Fruit, and a Chocolate Almond Choux with Manjari 64%, made from rare cocoa beans from Madagascar. The Black Forest Tart with aromatic Guanaja 70% dark chocolate, and the Chocolate and Raspberry Tart are sure to please as well for a richly decadent treat.

Guests can also enjoy Chef’s all-time favorite house-made scones that will be presented with a chocolatey twist using Valrhona Caraibe 66% Chocolate and Mint, served with clotted cream, lemon curd and strawberry rose preserves.

For those seeking the ultimate indulgence, they can add on SGD 30 to enjoy 10 grams of premium Caviar d’Eden Russian Caviar served with buckwheat waffles and sour cream alongside the afternoon tea offerings.

The Caviar and Chocolate Weekend Afternoon Tea also features three chocolate-themed cocktails created by Head Bartender Sophia Kang and Restaurant and Bar Manager Gabriel Carlos. These cocktails perfectly complement the food, with options such as the Breakfast Martini 2.0, the Chocolate Glacé, and the Amère.

The Caviar and Chocolate Weekend Afternoon Tea is available every Saturday and Sunday from 2:00 to 5:00 pm until June 25, 2023.
