Renowned for his unique style that blends Scandinavian and Japanese design, Nicolai Bergmann is a brand name in Japan and Seoul that is synonymous with sophisticated floral arrangements and unparalleled artistry.

Surrounded by a hand-arranged wreath of fresh flowers, delight in a medley of botanical-inspired sweets featuring the fragrant Pu-Er tea-infused mandarin crémeux, osmanthus-peach puff, elderflower-lemon panna cotta, yuzu-matcha cake, Manjari nama chocolate truffle and violet macaron, dreamed up by Executive Pastry Chef Audrey Yee, a veteran with Four Seasons and graduate of the renowned Le Cordon Bleu School in London.

Indulge the afternoon away with a trinity of floral-inspired craft cocktails by Bar Manager Gabriel Carlos and Head Bartender Sophia Kang. Served in exquisite glass teapots, the fresh, floral gin-forward Hanami, the citrusy Plumeria and whisky-based Apple Blossom beautifully complement and celebrate the essence of the tropical Garden City.

Specially curated for this season, the floral and buttery pink rose and marigold tea makes for conversation with its delicate nose and calming palate, perfect for a delightful afternoon tea session. Or choose to have craft Lavazza coffee and a fine selection of specialty Gryphon teas freshly brewed at the table.

Available on weekends, January till March 2022, the Floral Weekend Afternoon Tea by Nicolai Bergmann will be served at Garden@One-Ninety from 2:00 to 5:00 pm.
