Fall Flavors Arrive at Fogo de Chão: Explore the New Menu

Fogo de Chão is unveiling its autumn menu offerings, available for a limited time at all its U.S. locations. These delectable creations, inspired by the flavors of fall, promise a culinary adventure. Six innovative dishes have been thoughtfully crafted to cater to various lifestyles and dietary preferences, all available at the Market Table.

The autumn menu introduces an array of enticing options, such as:

– Beet Tartare: A vegetarian delight featuring roasted beets, bell pepper, capers, and red onion, expertly seasoned with dijon, garlic chips, and malagueta hot sauce.

– Fall Hummus: Fresh hummus infused with herbs, roasted garlic, and citrus, topped with crispy chickpeas, tomatoes, and a drizzle of olive oil.

– Rainbow Kale & Pomegranate Salad: A vibrant mix of fresh baby kale, Napa cabbage, bell pepper, pomegranate, and red onion, elegantly tossed in a basil dressing.

– Roasted Apple and Butternut Squash: Roasted butternut squash and Fuji apples, drizzled with honey and garnished with fresh lime zest.

– Harvest Black Rice: A tantalizing blend of black rice, roasted butternut squash, red cabbage, and red onion, elevated with an orange balsamic dressing.

– Lentil Soup: A hearty, vegetarian soup brimming with lentils, fall vegetables, and nutritious spinach.

Fogo de Chão remains dedicated to supporting its communities and addressing childhood hunger in America, a commitment upheld for eight years in partnership with No Kid Hungry. Whether dining in the restaurant or placing online to-go orders, guests now have the opportunity to contribute to this noble cause. As a token of appreciation, for every $5 donation made, Fogo de Chão will provide guests with a Dining Card, redeemable for a generous $25 discount on two Full Churrasco Dinners during their next visit. Moreover, each $5 donated through this initiative enables No Kid Hungry to provide 50 nourishing meals to children in need.
