Marina Bay Sands is gearing up to welcome Maison Boulud to Singapore in collaboration with the internationally acclaimed restaurateur and Michelin-starred chef, Daniel Boulud. Anticipated to make its debut in early 2024, Maison Boulud’s entry into Singapore will be a momentous occasion, marking its second international venture after its successful establishment in Montreal in 2012.

Established over a decade ago, Maison Boulud has earned a stellar reputation for its exquisite and artistic culinary presentations, particularly in the realm of fine dining. Its impending arrival in Singapore is poised to elevate the city’s culinary landscape. Situated along the waterfront promenade of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the two-story restaurant boasts stunning views of the Singapore skyline, creating the perfect backdrop for a distinctive gastronomic experience.

Maison Boulud Singapore aims to offer an innovative dining experience that highlights Daniel Boulud’s signature style – elevated French cuisine grounded in the seasonal rhythm. Guests can choose to commence their evening with an aperitif outdoors by the Bay before transitioning to an intimate indoor setting to indulge in Maison Boulud’s creative, seasonal, and soulful French dishes, including timeless classics such as sole meunière and côte de boeuf. Additionally, the restaurant will feature an exclusive selection of well-loved classics from db Bistro & Oyster Bar, including its signature seafood platter.

In tandem with Maison Boulud’s imminent opening, db Bistro & Oyster Bar will conclude its 13-year tenure in Singapore by the end of January 2024.

Guided by Executive Chef Rémy Carmignani, who brings a wealth of experience in French cuisine from his roles at Guy Savoy Paris, Singapore, and Le Français at Hotel La Mamounia in Marrakech, Maison Boulud Singapore’s menu will showcase the rich heritage of French gastronomy and the finest seasonal ingredients. Diners can look forward to an immersive experience that transports them to the heart of Southern France, complemented by an exceptional mixology program and exquisite décor crafted by the renowned interior designer Joyce Wang.

Capturing the essence of the French Riviera, Maison Boulud Singapore seeks to immerse diners in flavors reminiscent of its cuisine and the timeless charm of elegant Mediterranean-inspired interiors. Located at L1-83 of The Shoppes at Marina Bay Sands, the 143-seater restaurant will be open for lunch and dinner daily, featuring a stylish bar and lounge, as well as a private dining room for 12.
