En Fuego invites guests to indulge in the ultimate dining experience with its new La Familia lunch. The concept, known as En Fuego, which translates to “on fire” in Spanish, is a unique social dining experience located at Atlantis, The Palm. Chef de Cuisine Chef Daniel García leads the vibrant and exciting venue, which celebrates the food and culture of South America. This all-encompassing destination, driven by multiple senses, redefines the concept of social dining. Surprising high-octane performances, live music, colorful costumes, and mouth-watering culinary creations guarantee an ultimate fiesta every day of the week.

Guests are offered a specially curated three-course set menu, featuring a starter, main course, and dessert, all for the price of AED 145 per person. The menu can be enjoyed every Sunday from 12:00 pm to 5:00 pm at Dubai’s beloved South American hotspot.

Inspired by the vibrant culinary heritage of South America, the La Familia lunch captures the essence of the continent’s authentic flavors. Diners are presented with a choice of four tempting starters, including mouthwatering fried tortillas, delicious prawn aguachile, indulgent salmon toast, or the classic chicken al pibil. The main event features four must-try dishes, such as shrimp chaufa rice, sizzling mushroom fajitas, grandma’s enchiladas, or hearty tenderloin anticucho. For a sweet ending, En Fuego offers four irresistible desserts, including tasty tres leches, rich chocolate mousse, popular caramel flan, or a succulent selection of seasonal fruits.
