Mark the Lunar New Year 2025 at Dubai’s top dining destinations, Hakkasan Dubai and Ling Ling, with exclusive menus, vibrant festivities, and specially crafted experiences. The Year of the Snake, symbolizing wisdom, longevity, and transformation, brings opportunities for renewal and prosperity.

Hakkasan Dubai – Limited-Edition Chinese New Year Menu

From January 28th to February 12th, the Michelin-starred Hakkasan Dubai at Atlantis, The Palm, presents a curated nine-course menu, featuring traditional flavors with a contemporary twist. Priced at AED 738 per person, the menu includes signature dishes like:

  • Golden “Yuan Bao” Dim Sum: A luxurious creation with king crab, caviar, and riceberry crisp, symbolizing wealth and success.
  • Thai Snake Fruit Salad: A refreshing mix of exotic fruits and kumquat dressing, representing harmony and renewal.
  • Smoked Silverhill Duck Breast: Paired with maitake mushroom, pickled date, and five-spice bean sauce, celebrating fortune and tradition.
  • “Hongbao” Dessert: A creative red envelope-inspired treat with mango curry mousse and mango passionfruit sorbet.

Guests can also enjoy a festive cocktail, Xiǎo Lóng, The Snake, or a non-alcoholic version featuring unique flavors like Sichuan pepper and pomegranate. Adding to the celebratory atmosphere, guests can partake in the traditional wishing activity by writing their aspirations on red ribbons and tying them to the restaurant’s wall lattice. On January 29th, a special lion dance performance will further enhance the festivities.

Ling Ling Dubai – Contemporary Asian Cuisine for Lunar New Year

From January 28th to February 7th, Ling Ling at Atlantis The Royal invites guests to celebrate the Year of the Snake with modern Asian dishes and signature drinks. Special dishes starting at AED 130 include:

  • Crispy Chow Mein with Smoked Duck Breast
  • Steamed Razor Clams with ginger scallion confit and vermicelli
  • Short Rib Bao: Topped with galbi sauce, pickled carrot, and daikon.

Complement your meal with the Rattlesnake Highball Cocktail or the Serpentine Mocktail, and enjoy a snake-inspired dessert created for the occasion.

For those seeking an extended evening, Ling Ling Ultra Lounge is open Thursday to Saturday from 11:00 PM to 3:00 AM, offering handcrafted cocktails, bottle service, and premium entertainment.
