The company was now preparing to unveil Dubai’s newest and boldest dining destination at One Za’abeel, solidifying its reputation even further.

A monumental icon known as The Link, the world’s longest cantilever, stood proudly between the dual towers of One Za’abeel. This architectural marvel would house a portfolio of globally renowned chefs, offering a diverse range of flavors and culinary experiences. It was set to become an exceptional location, bringing together 11 exciting culinary concepts under one roof.

Among the lineup of esteemed chefs, Anne-Sophie Pic, the most decorated Michelin-starred female chef in the world, would grace the sophisticated French dining experience at La Dame de Pic. Qabu by Paco Morales, dedicated to celebrating Cordoba’s culinary history, would offer contemporary Moorish cuisine. Paco Morales, known for his dynamic approach to Andalusian cuisine and the recipient of two Michelin stars, would lead the way.

Tapasake, perched atop The Link and granting access to the UAE’s longest infinity pool and luxurious cabanas, would serve contemporary Japanese-Peruvian cuisine and cocktails. The venue provided uninterrupted views of the Dubai skyline, creating a stunning backdrop for a unique dining experience.

Located on Level 4, The Garden would house Andaliman, an engaging and interactive restaurant embracing the bold flavors of the Indonesian archipelago. Guests could immerse themselves in a vibrant atmosphere while savoring the diverse culinary delights offered by Andaliman.
