4th of July Celebrations at Paseo: Chef Carlos Gaytán’s Authentic Mexican Cuisine and Prime Firework Views

Celebrating the 4th of July has become even more magical with the debut of Paseo, Michelin-starred Chef Carlos Gaytán’s authentic Mexican restaurant at the Downtown Disney District in Disneyland Resort. Along with incredible food and drink offerings, Paseo provides a prime viewing of the night sky and spectacular resort fireworks nightly.

For Independence Day, guests at Paseo can enjoy the best firework views in Anaheim, paired with a decadent prix-fixe meal featuring Paseo classics like Melliones and Tlayuda. Guests can choose premiere terrace seating with tables for up to four or celebration seating with preferred indoor seating and tables for up to eight. Premiere terrace seating starts at $250 for two.
