SVCI’s Executive Director Karl Uri expressed excitement for the event and gratitude for the support of donors and sponsors who are making it possible. He said, “This celebration offers new possibilities and opportunities for SVCI students and the Wood River Valley community for years to come.”

The event will begin with a VIP reception that includes heavy appetizers created by SVCI’s new Culinary Director, Andy Floyd, and his team. A selection of wines and beer will be provided by Rodney Strong and Warfield Distillery & Brewery respectively.

The guest chefs will prepare a celebratory gala dinner at Sun Valley’s Trail Creek Cabin where they will showcase their culinary skills through their appetizers and main dishes. The chefs will also team up to present two cooking classes at SVCI. In addition, there will be an Après Ski party with DJ Alex, providing an opportunity for attendees to mingle with the visiting chefs.

The event will conclude with a VIP reception at the Warfield Distillery & Brewery, which will include charcuterie boards, smoked trout rillettes, sliced Kobe beef, figs and Cambozola crostini.
