Yi, the innovative fine-dining Chinese restaurant presents flavors from all over China to guests. The restaurant will adjust its unique tasting menu based on the seasonal ingredients monthly to provide guests the opportunity to savor the essence and characteristics of the eight major Chinese cuisines.

From January 19 to 29, the Spring Festival Menu, priced at MOP 2,888* per person, will bring to guests 10 special courses including Bird’s Nest, Wagyu, Abalone, Pigeon and Lobster.

From January 16 to February 5, Golden Pavilion, Jin Man Pavilion and Northern Noodle House will launch a variety of Chinese New Year dishes to welcome the Year of the Rabbit. They include Braised Abalone with Goose Web and Scallops in Claypot; Steamed Lobster with Deep-fried & Fresh Garlic Sauce; and Braised Assorted Vegetables and Bamboo Pith. Guests can also enjoy the delicacies at Jin Man Pavilion including Poached Coral Grouper with Green Peppercorns and “Poon Choi” Sichuan and Hunan Style; and Northern Noodle House also offers Grilled Lamb Rack Special Homemade Seasoning; Claypot Braised Clam and Chicken with Chili and more.

One-Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant Ying has gathered premium ingredients to prepare the festive Poon Choi from now until January 28.  The Poon Choi includes abalone, fish maw, sea cucumber, goose web, oyster, prawn, roasted goose, mushrooms, conpoys and more at the prices at MOP1,788 for 6 persons and MOP 3,488* for 12 persons, guests may also enjoy half a Steamed Chicken in Hakka Style for an extra MOP1.

Ying has also prepared auspicious dim sums and traditional Chinese New Year dishes to let guests fully enjoy the delicacies with a year of good wealth on January 22 to February 5.
