Adding a touch of elegance to this year’s celebrations, Chef Tommy Cheung of Yu Ting Yuan, the only Michelin-starred Cantonese restaurant at Four Seasons Hotel Bangkok along the Chao Phraya River, has revealed a collection of meticulously crafted limited-edition mooncakes. These mooncakes, carefully encased in a collector’s box featuring a golden outline of the Chao Phraya River and an iconic Hotel artwork, are a representation of luxury and refinement.

Executive Chef Tommy Cheung, the culinary mastermind behind Yu Ting Yuan, has put together an exceptional selection of mooncakes for this year’s festivities. Weighing in at 140 grams each, these mooncakes come in a box of four and boast a perfect blend of traditional craftsmanship and Michelin-star sophistication. One of the offerings includes the traditional lotus seed and egg yolk mooncakes, where each bite promises a delicate lotus seed paste cradling a luscious golden egg yolk—a representation of abundance and the moon’s fullness.

For those seeking a more varied experience, Yu Ting Yuan offers a collection of smaller mooncakes, each weighing 70 grams and available in a box of eight. Among them is the crowd-favorite custard salted egg yolk mooncake, harmonizing velvety custard with the savory notes of salted egg yolk. Also on offer is the Four Seasons special chocolate praline mooncake, a blend of creamy chocolate and crunchy praline that guarantees a decadent treat.

Breaking new ground this year, the delicate snow skin mooncakes make their debut, each weighing 70 grams and available in a box of eight. The selection includes a fragrant green tea snow skin mooncake with an infused outer layer and a sweet bean paste filling. Additionally, the vibrant purple sweet potato snow skin mooncake captivates with its hue and a melt-in-the-mouth sweet potato filling, providing a delightful interplay of flavors and colors.
