The term “Métiers d’Art,” which translates to “artistic handwork” in French, served as the inspiration for this annual collection, paying homage to the extraordinary craftsmanship of artisans collaborating with Chanel and other esteemed fashion houses.

The runway became a stage for designs that captured the essence of the 1970s, skillfully reimagined by Chanel’s Artistic Director, Virginie Viard, in collaboration with talented artisans.
