Customers can conveniently collect their mooncakes and hampers from the Four Seasons Cake Shop, located at The Lobby. The collection is open from 10:00 am to 8:00 pm daily, and guests can pick up their orders on the selected date when they check out on the e-Shop.
The Festive Desk will take the initiative to contact guests in order to confirm payment and arrange delivery. The delivery fee for the first carton box, which contains 28 boxes of mooncakes, will vary based on the delivery area:
- Hong Kong Island: HKD 200
- Kowloon: HKD 300
- New Territories: HKD 500
Please note that delivery is not available for Lung King Heen mooncakes.
The stated delivery fee applies to one carton (up to 28 boxes) delivered to a single location. If multiple cartons need to be delivered to the same location, an additional fee of HKD 200 per extra carton will be charged. Delivery service is not applicable to outlying islands, and additional charges will apply for special delivery dates.
