XbotPark, a leading hardware innovation incubator, introduced over 30 startups and its Collaborative Manufacture (XCM) platform at CES 2025. This milestone highlights XbotPark’s commitment to empowering entrepreneurs and startups by offering comprehensive support to bring their ideas from concept to market.

“This marks the first time our incubatees have come together at CES to demonstrate groundbreaking smart devices,” said Zexiang Li, founder of XbotPark and professor at HKUST. “Our resources, from mentorship and funding to supply chain solutions, are designed to help entrepreneurs thrive.”

Innovative Technologies with a Global Vision

XbotPark’s CES presentation showcased diverse, user-focused technologies that seamlessly integrate smart innovations into everyday life. Featured products included:

Proven Success in Startup Incubation

Since 2014, XbotPark has incubated over 80 companies, including six unicorns valued at $1 billion or more, such as NARWAL and EcoFlow. These companies exemplify a shift in approach—designing products for global markets from the outset, tailored to regional consumer needs.

“Historically, Chinese products were localized first, then expanded globally. Today, our startups design with a global audience in mind,” explained Zexiang Li. He emphasized the importance of CES: “Platforms like CES provide startups with opportunities to connect with international customers and media, accelerating their growth and visibility.”

XbotPark’s Comprehensive Entrepreneurial Support

To address key startup challenges like product definition and mass production, XbotPark offers a robust ecosystem, including:

  • Mentorship Programs: Helping entrepreneurs refine product designs, align with user needs, and plan prototypes.
  • XCM (XbotPark Collaborative Manufacture): A streamlined manufacturing network with over 100 supply chain partners, enabling startups to transition efficiently from prototype to production.

With XCM, startups have shipped over 260,000 units, achieving a 100% on-time delivery rate for crowdfunded projects. A standout example is LiberLive, which leveraged XCM to scale production rapidly and capitalize on market opportunities.

Empowering Innovators Worldwide

XbotPark’s presence at CES 2025 underscores its mission to eliminate barriers for hardware innovators and provide resources for global success. By combining mentorship, manufacturing support, and a platform for international exposure, XbotPark is fostering the next generation of technology leaders.

Exhibit Locations:
