ANA Intercontinental Hotel Tokyo is hosting a new afternoon tea inspired by dim sum.  This afternoon tea set will be available until December 30, 2022.

Highlights on the menu include Cold Abalone with Special Green Onion Sauce, Cucumber, Cherry Tomato, Persimmon Pickles; Hong Kong Style Steamed Salmon; Kama-yaki char siu, and Fried Saimaki Shrimp.

There are also 11 Autumn and Winter-inspired dim sum items on the menu, including two types of steamed gyoza dumplings that are handmade from scratch like the mushroom-shaped mean bun with porcini mushrooms. For dessert, there are 7 items on the menu such as Purple sweet potato tapioca coconut milk, Persimmon and chocolate tart, and Chantilly with chestnut and meringue.
