Zillion at The Strings Hotel Nagoya is introducing a Snow White themed tasting menu for a limited time. The new tasting menu will be available from July 1 to August 29.
Zillion is an “experience-based” restaurant in Tokyo, offering different theme tasting menu for each season.
Highlights from the tasting menu include monaka smoked with foie gras, sea bass with octopus bolognese, roasted Mikawa pork and Red Apple dessert SHIRAYUKI HIME.
