Phuket Takes Center Stage: In a triumphant night for Phuket, Montara Hospitality Group’s dedication to sustainable fine dining earned Michelin recognition at the Thailand Revelation. PRU, the signature restaurant at Trisara, retained its coveted Michelin red star for the sixth year, solidifying its position as the island’s sole red-starred establishment. Chef Jimmy Ophorst’s culinary prowess, coupled with PRU’s unwavering commitment to sustainability, earned them an additional Michelin Green Star.

JAMPA: A Beacon of Zero-Waste Gastronomy: Tri Vananda’s JAMPA, championing “locally-grown ingredients, live fire, and zero waste cuisine,” retained its Michelin Green Star under the leadership of Chef Rick Dingen. JAMPA’s focus on innovative, healthy, and balanced fare sets a new standard for sustainable culinary practices in Phuket.

Inside-Out Experiences: PRU’s “Inside-Out” concept breaks down culinary barriers, placing diners front and center with the culinary process. The new kitchen, unveiled in November, offers an immersive experience, showcasing Thailand’s culinary excellence in real-time. Similarly, JAMPA’s commitment to farm-to-table, live-fire cooking shines through, illuminating the artistry of sustainable cuisine.

Beyond the Plate: PRU’s “farm-to-fork” philosophy extends beyond the menu, incorporating artisanal products throughout the customer journey. From lounge chairs to tiles, the restaurant embraces community-crafted items, highlighting local talent and fostering cultural connections. This “community-to-fork” principle is further strengthened through partnerships with local artisans.

Alongside a lighter seasonal lunch menu, PRU caters to diverse palates, offering a range of culinary experiences.
