Located at the recently opened ultra-luxury experiential resort Atlantis The Royal, Nobu by the Beach raises the bar for Dubai’s beach club scene. Blending modern cool luxury and minimalistic Japanese traditions into a one-of-a-kind pool and beach club experience, Nobu by the Beach becomes the city’s most stylish location to see and be seen.

With a desirable beachfront location that offers sweeping views of the Palm Island and Dubai skyline, Nobu by the Beach features a lagoon pool surrounded by sun loungers, daybeds, and a collection of exclusive VIP cabanas. It also boasts a Nobu restaurant with a brand-new menu concept, as well as an expansive outdoor bar and terrace overlooking the sea.

Nestled amongst the lush, tropical nature of Atlantis The Royal, Nobu by the Beach serves as an oasis for those seeking a poolside experience like no other. The sun loungers start from AED 300, while the grander cabanas with private pools and air conditioning start from AED 10,000. The new beach venue has successfully incorporated the prestigious Nobu hospitality into every element.

The menu at Nobu by the Beach draws inspiration from Nobu’s universally beloved Japanese Peruvian cuisine, adding a bitesize twist. Emphasizing sharing and lighter bites, along with some mouthwatering updates, guests can expect bento boxes, sandos, bitesize black cod, and tacos. The silky, buttery, slightly sweet black cod with miso is beautifully served in bitesize portions, delicately placed on a crisp baby lettuce cup.

A must-try new dish is the mouth-watering, succulent cult favorite wagyu beef sando, which comes with traditional Japanese dashi fries. For a light yet flavorsome and filling option, guests are encouraged to try the Nobu ceviche. The sea bass coconut ceviche at Nobu by the Beach is exquisitely presented in a carved-out coconut, filled with fresh and sustainably sourced sea bass and topped with a rainbow of garnish.

Those seeking something sweet yet refreshing have the option to choose from a selection of mochi, the iconic Japanese dessert, served in the distinctive Nobu style. The combination of sweet glutinous rice flour enveloping freshly made ice cream creates a chewy, smooth, and delicious treat. Exuding the renowned Nobu level of hospitality that the brand is known and loved for worldwide, the experience at Nobu by the Beach embodies style and luxury from the moment guests arrive.

All guests are treated to a rotation of luxury amenities, including Nobu popsicles, fruit ceviche, monaka, and mochi ice cream, as well as ultrasonic cleaning services for jewelry and sunglasses. Those with a reservation for one of Nobu’s luxury daybeds or cabanas can expect a curated array of exclusive amenities, such as in-cabana spa services and floating food and beverage service.

Designed by the internationally acclaimed and multi-award-winning GA Group, Nobu by the Beach draws inspiration from Japanese architecture and its oceanfront location to create a contemporary Japanese beach house ambiance, complete with an intimate indoor restaurant and sushi bar. The open and flowing layout encompasses various dining areas, embodying timeless simplicity through the use of warm woods, teak concrete, and glass. Sliding glass doors seamlessly merge the dining room with an expansive terrace and cocktail bar that extends toward the ocean. The interior exudes subtle Japanese influences through its horizontal lines and meticulously crafted joinery. There is an absence of ornamentation, as everything relies on the natural beauty of the materials and the understated furnishings.

Taking charge of the kitchen at Nobu by the Beach is Chef de Cuisine, Belkacem Boubekeur. With over 20 years of international experience and prior tenure at Nobu since 2018 in Monte Carlo and at Atlantis, The Palm, Chef Boubekeur will lead the culinary team, working alongside Executive Chef Damien Duviau to develop the menu.

The curated cocktail program at Nobu by the Beach sets it apart from other beach and pool clubs in Dubai. It embraces a breakaway from traditional norms and focuses on reinventing cocktails with innovative techniques, unique styles of serving, and, most importantly, a harmonious blend of flavors using traditional Japanese and Peruvian ingredients. The result is a selection of refreshing and easily enjoyable cocktails that embody the same attention to flavor found in high-end bars and the renowned Nobu cuisine.

Enhancing the atmosphere, a live DJ sets the mood with seductive deep house music, inviting guests to unwind on tastefully designed day beds. For an elevated experience, guests have the option to upgrade their visit by reserving one of Nobu’s luxurious air-conditioned cabanas, two of which offer private plunge pools that overlook the Arabian ocean.
