ILLENIUM is not slowing down. The GRAMMY-nominated electronic artist and architect of one of the most immersive live experiences in modern music history has officially announced two additional dates for his groundbreaking ILLENIUM Presents ODYSSEY residency at Sphere in Las Vegas. Riding the wave of overwhelming demand from his already sold out spring run, the Denver based producer will return to the iconic venue on Friday, July 3 and Saturday, July 4, giving fans one more chance to step inside his world for the ultimate summer holiday weekend experience. Presented by Live Nation, presale tickets go live on April 15 at 10 AM with general on sale opening April 24 at 10 AM.
For those who have been sleeping, ILLENIUM is not just a multi platinum artist with over 10 billion global streams. He is a world builder. Since introducing himself to the scene in 2013, he has stacked three consecutive number one debuts on the Billboard Top Dance/Electronic Albums Chart with Ascend, Fallen Embers and his 2023 self titled record. His catalog reads like a greatest hits of festival season staples including the 2x Platinum “Good Things Fall Apart” featuring Jon Bellion, Platinum “Feel Good” with Gryffin and Daya, and Gold certified cuts with X Ambassadors and The Chainsmokers. Fallen Embers earned him a GRAMMY nomination for Best Dance/Electronic Music Album and took home Top Dance/Electronic Music Album at the Billboard Music Awards. The man has shared stages and studio sessions with everyone from Avril Lavigne and Travis Barker to Spiritbox and Teddy Swims, proving his range goes far beyond the festival circuit.
His live show legacy is equally untouchable. In 2021, ILLENIUM became the first electronic dance music artist to headline a football stadium when he took over Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas. He followed that up with the largest non festival dance music concert in North America ever at Empower Field at Mile High in Denver, then packed two nights at SoFi Stadium in Los Angeles in 2024. Now he is operating on an entirely different level inside Sphere.
ILLENIUM Presents ODYSSEY, which already ran across nine dates from March through early April, is a full sensory overload built around his latest album ODYSSEY on Republic Records. The show lives inside Sphere’s next generation technology including the world’s highest resolution LED display and the venue’s Sphere Immersive Sound system. The visuals, produced by Berlin based animation studio Woodblock in collaboration with Sphere Studios, tell a cinematic hero’s journey following two female warriors navigating wormholes, distant planets, a demon’s lair and ultimately finding self acceptance and wholeness. A phoenix rising from the ashes kicks off the whole thing, a symbol that longtime ILLENIUM fans will immediately recognize as deeply personal to his story.
During the spring run, ILLENIUM brought out an absolutely stacked lineup of collaborators. Ellie Goulding joined for “Don’t Want Your Love.” Bastille and Dabin appeared for “Feel Live.” Tom Grennan performed “Forever,” Alok joined for “To The Moon,” and HAYLA and Wooli came through for “In My Arms.” Spiritbox vocalist Courtney LaPlante delivered a show stopping moment on “Shivering.” As if that was not enough, a surprise brand new single titled “Die Living,” a collaboration with David Guetta and Dustin Lynch, was debuted live with ILLENIUM backed by a string quartet.
