Experience Ultimate Terror: The Rebirth of Fuji-Q Highland’s Labyrinth of Fear!

Fuji-Q Highland’s renowned horror attraction, “The Labyrinth of Fear,” will reopen as “The Labyrinth of Fear – The Ward Lurking in the Darkness” on Saturday, July 20, 2024. Since its inception in 2003, this attraction, the world’s largest of its kind, has immersed 5.3 million visitors in terror.

This iteration promises to be the most terrifying yet, featuring an “abandoned hospital” theme for an immersive experience. The entire 900-meter route has been redesigned, incorporating new hospital-like rooms such as the “Oral Surgery Department” and “Pathology Laboratory.” The infamous “long corridor” and the “final room,” known for delivering the ultimate scare, are now more extensive than ever before. Enhanced sound effects, including eerie metallic noises and resonant bass tones, along with stimulating visual effects, heighten the realism of the abandoned hospital setting.

Set in the forsaken Jikyu General Hospital, marred by organ trafficking scandals and unethical medical experiments, visitors must navigate through the ruins haunted by the vengeful spirits of its victims. Fuji-Q Highland’s iconic horror attraction is poised to offer an unparalleled fright experience with this new version.
